Allograft Amniotic, Placenta, Cord Blood, Bone, Skin, and Tendon Products

Allograft. The term allograft refers to tissue that is harvested, processed, and implanted from one human to another.

Biological Testing.  Our allografts meet all biological and FDA requirements including extensive donor testing for communicable diseases.

Amniotic. Our amniotic allografts include amniotic fluid, amniotic mesenchymal stem cells, and amniotic cytoproteins.  Our amniotic donations are obtained from full birth C-section mothers. Our amniotic products are not fetal or abortion derived.

Placenta. Our placenta allografts include both moist and dry placenta tissue and cytoproteins.  Our placenta donations are obtained from full birth C-section mothers. Our placenta products are not fetal or abortion derived

Cord Blood. Our Cord Blood allografts include Whartons Jelly and Mesenchymal Stem Cell products with their inherent cytoproteins.  Our Cord Blood donations are obtained from full birth C-section mothers. Our Cord Blood products are not fetal or abortion derived.

As the FLOW CYTOMETRY diagrams to the rigtht illustrate, Our Cord Blood Stem Cells (CBSC):

A.  95% are ALIVE prior to freezing

B.  an average of 75% are ALIVE after thawing

C.  the average CBSC size after thawing is on the FSC measurement which is related to cell size

D.  CD 45, CD 34, and CD 90 positive expresssion on cells

E.  HLA- ABC and HLA - DR are found at 0.7% and 0.1% respectively.

F.  CONCLUSION: Translational Bio Technololgy Cord Blood Stem Cells are LIVE after thawing, are numerous in quantitiy (average of 5 million cells per 1 cc), are plump, exhibit Mesenchymal Stem Cell markers, and are immune previleged.
